Returns and refunds

All orders are final. Please note that Made-to-order items may take up to a month to create before shipping, and items may slightly differ from the product photograph as all items are uniquely handmade. Refunds or replacements may be requested for damaged items with proof of damage, however, replacement may take up to a month as each item is handmade.
